According to the Vin Numbers and all other information I can dig up on this Elky, she came from the
GM plant with a 402 Cu In. Big Block, which was actually a bored out 396, and a THM 400 3 Speed
Transmission and a 12 bolt open Rear End with 2.73:1 gears. This is consistent with the information
that GM published on the 400 Custom Models of the year.
